Batch Plant

This month Batchcrete commences manufacturing their new Grout Plant. The plant has been in the design phase for almost four months where it underwent theoretical testing, resulting in four design changes before engineers were happy with the end result.
The plant, capable of loading from 1 tonne bulk bags, is fully automated adding water, powder and additives at pre-set amounts and delivering up to 15m3 per hour of mixed grout or any other cementitious based product including bentonite mixes.
